International Sales Manager

Our client, an important and lider pharmaceutical company, needs to incorporate an International Commercial Director in Madrid

Funciones

  • Achieve/exceed annual revenue targets for assigned territory by leveraging relationships to further penetrate existing accounts and prospecting for new accounts in the bio/pharmaceutical research and development, and manufacturing markets.
  • Identify and secure sales opportunities through sales visits, phone calls, and presentations.
  • Work effectively across the organization to advance opportunities.
  • Generate new business consistent with our market focus, operational capabilities, and laboratory capacity.
  • Use experience to mentor colleagues on the Business Development team.
  • Regularly liaise with the Director to update on Leader business plans, progress on sales and recruitment, team motivation/activities, and any issues.

Contrato

Valuable / negotiable depending on the candidate

Experiencia

At least two years of experience in biopharmaceutical sales, project management or drug development.

Requisitos

  • Management of people in complex structures who can demonstrate the ability to adapt to style and communication at all levels.
  • Proven track record within a sales or business development role.
  • Proficient user of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor of Science or MBA in Marketing / Business or directly related equivalent experience (two years of directly related industry experience equals one year of full-time college in a related major).
  • High level of English (international dialogue).
