Head of Sales
A major multinational consulting firm with presence in 12 countries is looking to recruit a sales manager to lead the sales teams in one of its European regions.
REFERENCIA: Head of Sales
ROLE:
- Responsible for managing the sales teams of the region asigned
- Overall supervision and coordination of the teams, ensuring that each center operates efficiently and in line with the company’s objectives.
- Financial analysis of the operating accounts, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost optimization.
- Proposal and implementation of operational improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure the training and development of teams to guarantee high-quality service.
- Supporting, motivating and coaching employees
- Support and leadership in resolving incidents or problems that Center Managers cannot address because they require assistance.
- Interlocution with the Central Office, ensuring proper communication and execution of processes between departments.
- Expanding and maintaining the client network
- control, design and approval of employee incentive payment systems

REQUIREMENTS:
- Good written and spoken Spanish, English. A third language is very valuable
- Advanced IT skills
- Proven sales experience in the consulting sector
